Bill Miller
Bill Miller has been the EMS Manager at PMT since 2008, he runs the day to day operations of the company and supervises all field personnel. He is a licensed Florida Paramedic, holds an A.S degree in Emergency Medical Services, and is a certified instructor in almost all EMS disciplines. Bill also holds numerous licenses and certifications related to fire service special operations. He is currently seeking his Bachelors in Fire and Emergency Services Management at the University of Florida.
Kim Bagford
Kim Bagford has been the Office Manager of PMT since 2007; she supervises and maintains the billing, records, payroll, and accounts payable departments.
Rebecca Owens
“Becca” started at PMT as a Dispatcher, in August 2010 to help expand to 24/7 office hours. She has recently graduated from SFCC with an AS degree in Animal Sciences. Becca brings with her 2 years of experience in office management and scheduling. She is currently working towards her BA in Hospitality Management.
Christine Miranda
“Chris” started in May 2010 to replace Abe Carraballo as new Lead Dispatcher. Chris has over 15 years of experience in dispatching police, fire and EMS. Since beginning her employment she has obtained EVOC and CPR certification in addition to Emergency Medical Dispatch and numerous other emergency response classes she has had from her previous employment. Chris is currently seeking her Florida EMT license to further her education and knowledge of the job.
Robert Layne
Robert Layne has been the General Manager of Positive Medical Transport since its inception; he supervises all aspects of the company. Robert is a Florida licensed Paramedic, ACLS and PALS Instructor.
Phil Cheshire
Phil Cheshire has been the Director of PMT Operations in Polk County since its inception. Phil is a retired Detective for the Lakeland Police Department where he served 26 years on the force. During his tenure with the PD he supervised the national accreditation of the department. Phil has a strong connection with his community through his service there and over 27 years of residence in the city. Currently Phil is a certified First Responder seeking his Bachelors Degree in Biology at Polk State College and slated to attend EMT school in the Fall.
Rob Bullock
Born and raised in Highlands County, Rob Bullock joined PMT as the Public Information Officer in 2009. Rob brings 7 years of experience in emergency services and a strong background in public relations to our company. Rob, also a Florida certified EMT, supervises PMT's public relations, marketing, and business development. Rob works closely with our customers, clients, and members of the community ensuring that the highest level of care and professionalism are provided by our team.
